- Carrying out Piling work in M/s Ramco Cements Ltd., Vizag.
- Mobilisation, transportation, erection and commissioning of all necessary Plant, equipments, Rotary Piling Rigs, materials, Personnel, Safety equipments etc., at site and demobilisation and clearance from site on completion of work.
- Boring at correct location to proper alignment through all kinds of SOILs, Socketing (boring through rock & SPT Test) for Cast in Situ piles (750mm / 500mm Dia Piles not exceeding 20 mtrs.) including mud recirculation by Bentonite solution if required etc., as per IS:2911.
- Providing and installing vertical reinforced Concrete for piles as per IS:2911, using tremie pipe with M30 grade concrete.
- Collecting the reinforcement, transporting, handling, cleaning, cutting, bending, fabricating, tack welding, lap jointing in longitudinal bars assembling, tying, binding with 16 gauge annealed binding wire, placing and maintaining in position with necessary cover blocks, HYSD cold twisted reinforcement steel bars of grade Fe500 conforming to IS etc.
- Carrying out Integrity Test.
- Carrying out routine Vertical Load Test.
- Carrying out routine Lateral Load Test.
- Carrying out Dynamic Load Test.
