- Boring and Installation of RCC cast-in-situ Piles for (1) Construction of ADC Road Project - Package-10,13,14 and (2) In WTP components under ADCL Package -XV (3) For Construction of Major Bridge (3+278), in N12 Road of Package XIV at AP- Amaravati, the New Capital City of Andhra Pradesh.
- Boring and installing Bored Cast in Situ reinforced cement concrete piles of specified diameter (600mm / 1200mm Dia piles) with Hydraulic Rotary Rigs using required bentonite slurry in all kinds of soils, weathered Rock, lowering of reinforement cage upto required length and pouring of grade M40 / M 30 concrete upto required length as per specifications, removal of muck as per specifications and as per the instructions of EIC.
- Boring of Empty bore in order to reach the cutoff level of piles as per the approved layout from NGL with sand filling.
- Permanent Liner fabrication including rolling, alignment, welding, shifting to the pile point, driving inside bore upto required depth including site welding etc.,
- Fabrication of Reinforcement Steel (HYSD Bars) and shifting the cage, including cost of Binding wire and welding rods etc., all works as per directions of EIC.
- Anchoring Pile in soft Rock at 3 times of Dia.
- Anchoring Pile in soft Rock at 0.5 times of Dia.
- Routine Vertical Load Testing of Piles wiht (Dynamic Method0 in according with IS:2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform, jacks, dia gauges (duly calibrated) etc., complete until failure as per specification & directions of EIC.
- Routine Lateral Load Testing of Piles wiht (Dynamic Method0 in according with IS:2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform, jacks, dia gauges (duly calibrated) etc., complete until failure as per specification & directions of EIC.
