1. CONSTRUCTION OF ACCOUNTS and Administrative Building with Training Hall at Vizag Grinding Unit at Gobburu Palem Village, VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICT :

• Earth work excavation
• Back filling
• Providing and laying plain cement concret (PCC) for foundations, drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements, ramps etc., including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing.
• Providing and constructing brick work with first class bricks cm 1:5 in true line & level and plumb with necessary scaffolding, curing, raking of joints and all materials.
• Providing and laying in situ reinforced cement concret (RCC) (M25) with cement, sand and 20mm down size graded crushed stone aggregates as per IS:456-2000 in all types of structures at ll levels such as foundations, raft, retaining walls, buttresses, pipe encasement, catch pits, columns, plinth beams, lintels, roof slab including single pour concreting and machine mixed and providing pockets, construction joint expansion joint, contraction joint, openings, recesses, chamfering etc., wherever required tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing and rendering if required to give smooth/even surface, etc, in any shape, size, position, thickness, finish and all materials.
• Receiving from store, straightning, cleaning, cutting, bending to required shape and lengths as per drawing, placing and fixing in position High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars conforming to IS:1786-1985/TMT Bars with 18 or 16 gauge annealed binding wire of 8 to 10kg/MT of reinforcment including cover blocks.
• Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc.,
• Providing & applying 12mm thick cement plaster CM 1:6 with fine sand to all internal surfaces of brick work and RCC with necessary scaffolding, curing, making grooves, forming pattas etc. all material and labour.
• Providing & applying 18mm thick cement plaster CM 1:5 with fine sand to all external surfaces of brick work and RCC with necessary scaffolding, curing, making grooves, drip mould etc. all material and labour.
• Providing and applying plaster 6mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) for ceiling surfaces.
• Providing & applying of RAMCO wall care putty 2 coat.
• Providing & applying two coats of Emulsion over one coat of primer.
• Providing & applying two coats of berger make weather coat smooth emulsion over one coat of berger make SEAL O Primer.
• Providing & applying three coats of white cement.
• Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S Grill of the approved grill design.
• Providing & fixing of Fire proof doors.
• Providing & fixing in position wooden frames.
• Supplying & fixing 35mm thick flush door shutters with 8mm thick external lipping as per IS:2202.
• Providing & fixing of PVC solid fiber doors shutter with frame for water usage areas.
• Supply & fixing of Aluminium Doors & Windows with standard Aluminium Sections.
• Providing and fixing 20 microns colour anodised louvered aluminium ventilator with extruded built up sections.
• Providing and laying of Grano flooring with 12mm & down metals CC 1:2:4 for a thickness of 40mm and it should smooth finish.
• Providing and laying of 600 x 600 mm size Vitrified marbonite series tiles.
• Providing and laying of 300 x 300 mm size anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand.
• Providing and laying of 300 x 200 mm size Glazed tiles of approved brand.
• Supplying and laying of concrete steps & risers. for staircase.
• Providing and laying integral cement bases water proofing treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc.,
• Providing and fixing PVC rain water pipes.
• Supplying and fixing of SS Hand railings.
• Supplying and fixing of MS Dor made out of standard press metal sheet frames.
• Providing and applying 15mm thick CM 1:5 elevation masonry textures for all height as per drawings.
• Making of Archetectural grooves.
